Do I need to be there?

Yes, or somebody who deals with the computers. The report makes more sense when you have seen what we saw.

Will you change anything while you are here?

No. The checkup is an assessment. Fixes are scheduled after you have read the report and approved a scope.

What if nothing is wrong?

Then the report says so, mostly under Good, and you keep a documented baseline of what you had.

Will you need my passwords?

No, and we will not accept them if you offer. We check how accounts are set up, not what the passwords are.

What does it cost after the checkup?

Only what you choose. Some businesses fix nothing and do it themselves. Others have the work quoted from the report.

Do you guarantee we will not get hacked?

No, and anyone who promises that is not being straight with you.

How long does the visit take?

60 to 90 minutes on site, one location.

Do you work with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?

Both, plus the computers, the network, the accounts and the backups.

Is there a contract?

No contract and no subscription are required to start.
