BlackWire The Written Report

The report is delivered in writing after the visit. It is written for the owner of the business, not for another technician, and it is priced line by line.

The four marks

Every finding is marked one of four ways:

• Critical: act on it now.

• Fix Soon: work through it in the next few months.

• Good: already done right. This section is the documented baseline.

• Informational: worth knowing, no action needed.

The report also states what was not looked at, so that nobody reads more into it than it says.

The report is yours whether or not you buy anything. You can hand it to an insurance agent, a board, an accountant, or the next person who touches the machines.
